sigs and avatars

Could somebody please tell me how make a signature or an avatar, or both, if you could i'd really appreciate it.

Well to make a signature all you have to do is make an image in mspaint, and then add it into your profile. Click "User C/P" in the top menu, and then click "edit signature" or "edit avatar"

Don't double post, and avatars are disabled, mainly because they don't work.
