He knows exactly what he's doing. Your layouts are fine. These layouts parellel the poise conveyed by Habbo. Websites don't have to stretch from one end to the other, that's typical of most three collumn designs, but isn't a requirement by any means. The style and layout really depends on the point the designer wants to focus on.

The biggest problems with these layouts is they lack a docutype and proper meta data as well as they fail each validation with 30 or more coding errors. It's a mess, and search engines won't make heads or tails of any of the content.

The reason the layouts don't strech the whole length of the browser is because it's a style of a habbo website and not many habbo websites strech the whole length of the browser.
And when you say CSS is easy to steal does that mean you're a noob ripper? Thought so.

Yeah, if you're still using an 800 by 600 screen resolution. The remaining 7.31% (source (http://www.utexas.edu/teamweb/reports/screen_resolution/index.php?log=Dec2005.log)) of people still using it are people with vision problems and are most likely aged beyond that of playing Habbo Hotel. But no experienced designer would ever use that resolution because typical graphical programs would have a limited functionality. I bet you're one of those FireFox and Mac fanatics too huh?

And he should care...Why? It's not like he's trying to make a name for himself. All he wants are rares in exchange for page design. He's displayed his examples in an easy to use directory format, that's all that he requires.
