Well,I took the matter into my own hands and decided to email them. They actually replied and this is what they said,(i spray painted personal information so it couldnt be shown)

dude i still cant see ur convo, make it bigger or somethin, take a screen shot and paste it on paint, usually paint makes the pics big.

ok if you have microsoft photo editer, use that to make it bigger or whatever. then save it to an appropriate file size thats allowed on these forums. upload it then, see if it worked. you could also upload the bigger version at imageshack.com or a good image hoster.

When you upload it there is a little thing that you can check that says whether or not you want it to be resized. Make sure it says no.
