Alright, here's the deal. Refer ten users, you get a custom rank of your choice.

When someone is registering, there's a box that asks who referred them. Have them type in your username, and that's that.

Also, if any of you creates a fake user, I will ban you.

Yes listen to the man. Don't try creating your own because he'll probably look at the referr's IP address and the person registering.
