Any good Graphics Programs?

Anyone know any good graphics program's besides Photoshop (way to big and my computer's to weak for it) and Saint Studio 12 (don't like it). And maybe serials for it? :D :D :D

Flash 8. But its mainly used for flash layouts and stuff like that, still pretty useful. Also Fireworks 8 is a graphics program.

neither... use photoshop... wow PSP sucks ass.... only up side is that it has a better image slicer which you dont need unless you are trying to design and code your own web site
