I don't mean to sound like a computer noob...but that is my name...
My McAfee VirusScan thing says:
Trojan Found

The file C:\WINDOWS:\SYSTEM32\iexplore.dll is infected by the Generic Keylogger.k trojan and cannot be cleaned.

It won't let me delete or quarantine it either. I just wanted some help. Is this file dangerous? If so, how can I get rid of it?

Nothing. That's what's so weird. It just randomly started saying it.
The last thing I downloaded were a couple songs from Limewire about a week ago.

some songs from limewire have viruses but its kinda funny you got owned by limewire lol

Dang...well what do I do about it? Like how do I get rid of the keylogger?

Well, my dad used to have a keylogger on his computer as well, So he downloaded Avast! Anitvirus, ran a thorough scan with that and it got rid of it.
