A different way to pay for SpecialAccess?

Well,
I'm having trouble making a paypal account but i found a site thats like paypal called Click&Buy Can i use this method to pay for Special Access?
I would post the site but i want permission from Chris or any other mod to post the link.

The site is thred 12. If ppl kno what im talking about. But even if you try and use the link your account will say

"Oops (Username Here) You do not have permission to access this page"
