If you dont have a credit card, you cant receive payments from someone else. It costs you like 2 dollars to get a premium than you can accept payments from someone else

To receive payments you don't need a credit card, or a bank account. You can not use merchant tools unless you upgrade to a premium account at which point the just up the fee per transfer percentage.

No someone sent me money and it said you must upgrade to premium for 2 dollars monthly or some crap and it said I could agree and pay that or deny and I mashed Deny and it said payment denied.
