My First sig dont be harsh rate plz 1/10

I don't know what to rate it, you have IGN.com right there the white drops aren't good and its pretty big for a "sig"

Im new to photoshop too, go to planetrenders.net for pictures, practice around in it. That's what I did, if you go to my show off you can see my 1st and 2nd sigs, and the sig to the right is my 3rd(remake of 2nd since it got deleted) and look at tutorials around the forums.
