This is how. You activate the filter, buy a bass guitar, and put it in your room and it should be a gold platinum. Otherwise, turn on the filter and go into any room with a bass guitar and it will be gold platinum.

NOTE: When you turn off the filter, the platinum will turn back into a bass guitar. Only you can see these effects.

lol dude you put a bass guitar on ur wall turn filter on and reload coke studios go to ur room again and its gold or platinum

Yes, it's a good filter because everyone's got to start somewhere. But you should start working on things that can help the user, not just making cool furni, but making stuff that is handy like hearing everything.. sure seeing rares come from a burntcd or other peice of furni is cool, but does it really help? I don't want to sound mean, but try to start focusing on more helpful things, and even sometimes work on serverside filters. You have potential, keep up the good work.

Serverside filters are easy to make, they're just hard to come up with. You have to think of a different perspective when you're making serverside filters, some will come to you easily, others will be very difficult. I'd suggest starting off by looking at serverside filters and translating them into text and seeing what it changes so you can learn how they were made, this should help you to get a feel on making them.
