Who care if this isnt cs. We all know, even vis that cs.org was the source of all mycoke scripting. They created the majority of mycoke filters & programs. Most of the programs/filters on this forum was made or produced on cs.org. So just cause its closed you dont have to say "fuck that site" cause you wasnt saying that when it was open were you? Also it is a fucking big wow since thyelite & cs.org are related topics. Lets not forget this is mycoke news and all mycoke scripting forums are related to mycoke so its not just a "talk about thyelite" topic.

Cs.org was a great site but we still have thyelite im grateful for that alone.

Okay. Mycoke cannot sue! The reason behind this is because they left 'CokeStudios' Behind to make Mycoke... Once you leave something, you shouldnt be able to take it back. Mycoke.org should be sued. About this sue shit I cant tell you if its true, for what I know its only a roumour and I hope it is. The deal was to get a new cs.org (alpha) but since I left for 2 weeks I didnt know shit after that.

MyCoke still owns Coke Studios though. Coke Studios is the main game of MyCoke.com, and you see the exact term "CokeStudios" all over the MyCoke site.

Takeshi made a big mistake registering his domain as a copyrighted term that he had no rights to what so ever. I wouldn't be suprised one bit if Coke sued him.

The same can go for MyCoke.org. They have no rights to the term MyCoke yet they named an entire website after it.

MyCoke never "left behind" Coke Studios. They left behind Coke Music, not Coke Studios.

Coke had every right to sue.

Yeah. We got shut down by Coke.
I didn't get sued, but that was out of sheer luck that i'm a minor (1 more year and I would've lost all my worldly possesions).

Basically, I got a letter from Coke's solicitors, telling us that we must shut down the site immediately (due to trademark infringement), I have to pay the solicitors' fees (this is not a cheap solicitor, I tell thee), and that Coke will be seeking damages "for damaging it's reputation".

The latter, is not happening, but i've had to shut down the site, and am going to have to scrape up several ££££ (yes, 4 digits), for the solicitors.

I was given no warning, contrary to popular belief. And yes, my parents did fucking freak... wouldn't yours? No. I don't get grounded... and I sure as shit don't get sent to boot camp (like some people I know... *cough*Chris*cough*).

For the above reasons, I will not be participating in MyCoke-related stuff anymore, I've chosen to basically remove myself from the scene... just posting this here, 'cause I think you all have the right to know.
