how was napster shut down so fast but not limewire?did they find a loop in the policies like you can only blame the people uploading the files?

The limewire site doesnt give out virus's. so wouldnt you rather keep it safe by downloading straight from it?

And i dont have any virus's. nor do i use a virus protector. nor do i need one o_O
