50, 75, and 100 all seem to high. I bet if thyelite had this "Idea" they would make it 25-30. 25 Posts should be the acutall "Member Rank"

People 50 or above will agree of course. What do they care aslong as they get access. This is a bad idea.

no, thats not why we agree, we agree because we get so many noobs come on here sign up and use all the programs and then only post to ask for more, or how to hack, or just dumb questions. we want people to get to know the fourm and the people who post here, we want to expand the comunity; not be a host for leachers.
and the reason all the people who have more than 50 posts agree is because we have all seen these kind of noobs first hand, stick around long enough to get your post count up and you will soon agree to.

50 posts sounds good, But is there a way to set a lock on people from taking filters with post numebrs of 49 and lower?

It should be:
If you have X amount of posts and you dont spam to get the posts and dont start fights you can request your account to the admin be enabled to DL the filters.

"X" The number of posts that the admin will set

Pros: You wont have some nubish spammer fight starter lstealing filters

Cons: This place is a popular and the first week would be a shit load of work to allow people to DL

Noobs cant spam. The Void section dosnt increese your post count anymore. And it took me a while to get 50 lol.

See i knew it. The void wouldnt raise my post count. But everyone was telling me that it still did.
