sigh* another one here are the steps:
1. Download program Wpe Pro (search around on this site)
2. Download the filter
3. load into coke studios
4. open up wpe pro and target it to the browser u are usin example: internet explorer is iexplorer.exe, firefox = firefox.exe
5. open the filter and click on the check box that says extra dbs or w.e
6. turn it on (its and icon that says ON on it)
7. go to room n try out the filter

God mine wont go past 30 deci. People say they get like 430 from this shit.
