Seriously just ask your parents for the login info or one of their credit card numbers. If someone comes along and buys something you wanted to before you can make a payment, I have to give it to whoever bought it. :|

Register a new paypal account and select the second option during the registration. It's like the one in between simple account and business account and its description is something like "Perfect for selling on ebay or transfering money."

Transfer money from your bank account to the new account.
