I use have this installed, and I've had no problems.

Exactly. After viewing a page, it tells alexa that you've the website, and it adds it to their database. I'm hoping to be ranked higher on their list once we get more people using the toolbar.

I wont be downloading it, because I dont like having excess software such as toolbars. I just find them kind of annoying...
