No-more a Mod
 

Since you all noticed I am not a Moderator anymore, I didnt get the chance to know why I am not a Mod anymore, I was just cheking out the forums and suddenly I noticed I was not a Mod. I dont know if I didnt accomplish my job, I thought I did but I cant give you all the details since I dont even know them. I am trying to get more info but it will take some time. Hopefully I will be back soon and start running again.

Well, I dont think it fair tho, still that you are the owner of this forums. You should have told me you where not 100% okay with my work, you have me on msn, aim or even you could have contacted me before of doing that. Still I guess I was doing a good job, giving warnings, deleting doubles, triple, cuadruple posts, etc. Helping ppl with doubts and moving threads from the sections they did not match. Im okay with your decision, but atleast you could have informed before doing it all fast. Its a shame that only doing a good work here is banning others, well I was not able to bann peeps, but you know I helped peeps, and contributed with the forums. Besides I am one users that is almost always online. I dont post that too much but I read and I pm.

yea ur right orfeo, u prolly do all those things exept bann, and u got ur mod rights taken away, thats not right.

I didn't even really notice you were a Mod. :eusa_think: No offence, I kinda agree with Vis. You didnt do anything wrong. But You didn't really seem like you were doing much as a Mod to helpout the forums.. Besides just do the normal posting and that.

Well, do you want me or every Mod to tell you what they do so you notice. If you didnt even noticed I was a mod how will you notice what I did and what I didnt. I dont see a concret idea from you. Please reply if you have your point correct.

No I mean i didn't notice you during your Moderator jobs. And i'm not trying to get you mad or bash you. I'm just saying Vis may have a point.. Sorry if you feel i'm against you or anything.

Actually lots of mods are like that expecially on really big sites like clantemplates, the mods just do what they need to do and only post if they have to. Orfeo was probably a mod that deleted double post and warned people through pms ect. He never does what the other mods do like, "you noob BANNED". Im not saying all the mods do that but i seen it a couple of times. This is just my opinion, maybe orfeo isnt like that maybe he wasnt doing his job as a mod.

You got the point :). For a Mod to make his job, he only needs to make it and accomplish it. No other person needs to know, and a Mod doesnt needs to proove or do every single job in a public way. I like making things private. That way other users will feel better seeing me telling them personally what they should or what they shouldnt do instead of making a thread or post mentioning them as examples.

Does it really matter? Vis is the owner and he decides whos the mods. I don't think you are going to win the argument.

Who says is about winning? I am saying whats right, its true Vis is the owner and admin but I am dont agree 100% with that decission. Lets just see what happens in the future.

P.S. I think this thread can be closed now, before ppl starts fighting about this topic.

I agree with Orfeo but I dont see why you would even want to be moderator after this. If you were not doing your job you should of been notified and given a chance to do better. No one ever said it was required to make your work shown.
If a moderator post "noob youre banned" everytime they bann someone for a violation then they are not doing their job. It seem Vis is only looking for moderators active in posting and not forum patrol.

I also hate how people on this forum sugar colt their thoughts when administration is involved. What can they do to you except give you a ban? If you think stripping him of his moderation rights was wrong then say it. Dont say "maybe" or "vis has a point" blah blah blah. I do reconize vis is the owner but the members make thyelite what it is (excluding me) so therefore everyone should have the right to state their personal opinon freely without sugar colting.

Very true, they just dick ride the adminstrators so they can get on their good side. But none of this is going to change up Vis mind about it, just drop it.
