A perm ban isint an IP ban

perm ban is when they blcok your username and password of accessing the hotel.


Ip ban is when u cant even create another "habbo" it will tell you u have been ip ban and some other stuff depending on the hotel ur in (canada, usa, uk...)

This only works if ur ip banned, it got popular since theres way more scripters on habbo then on coke and on habbo scripting results to a year ban (rare) or an ip ban.

and this program is outdated it wont help.
