2. What the hell does this thing do? Explain to the people exactly what each button and function does. Because I only have a few ideas as what what this program does.

Updated runs on any windows? Wtf it woud always run on windows and wouldnt take your updating

Judging by the look...it almost looks like a program thrown together in 5 minutes so you could have somethign to attach keylogger to o_O
