Should ThyElite Stay a Member-Only Community?
 

The title says it all. What do you think? If we still get 10 or more members registering a day, and the same members posting, I'd be fine to change it to a forum where anyone can view. I don't want this great community to turn all into leechers though. Should we open this open to where guests can view the forums?

I think it encourages people to join, but if they join and find out they don't like the site its a waste of time.

i think u should allow guests to view before registering if not then at least send a pm or email or sumin to the new members and say if u dont post, ur account will be deleted or just make a annoument topic for new members or just make a whole new board saying new members notice or sumin?

Make it so they can see the index, but when they click on a section of the forum it takes them to the login or registration

You shouldnt let them download anything or post, you should only let them view.

ye maybe if like xog's idea let them view the forums and like when they click on a subject it takes them to the register/log-in section :)

yes... if not then add a verification feature so i can direct my programs to it and force people to join if they want to use our shit

i think you should keep it the same so leechers have to at least register to see the stuff. or else they can just go on right away and boom. maybe for the programs and stuff give it to members and up!:) :) :)

I Have An Idea That you could delete all the leechers that have joined in like june or may and under so they have to re-register. You could keep doing it once a month.

for sure because we dont want a bunch of noobs on here without registering viewing the programs and flts..but a idea could be to make categories for stuff like special acces so noobs to dont register to get stuff then not be active...you could put the flts that are basically useless for leechers then for members and admins you could have a diff with all the flts because we are active then you could have the special access for all the people who are granted
