cokestudios.org suspended?

Does anyone know why they are suspended( i couldnt find a topic on this)? And when or if they will come back?

Because Tom (Takeshi) got a letter in the mail threatening him...from Coke's lawyers or something.

CokeStudios.org will not reopen.
