Does ne body know what ever happend to that filter that makes it so you can have london in one of your personel room .....or is it patched....it might be its been awhile since i used it but if ne1 knos what i am talking about then please find that filt and post it.....i think its a cool filter

i have that filter but i think its patched.
i tried to use it.
i ended up waiting HOURS.
then it said there was an error.
i cant even start loading if i try to make an ai studio.
it autommatically says error.
and i know this may seem stupid but how do you post it for a download?
excuse my noobness.
