How to make that graphy look?
 

How do I make that graphy look the lines crossed? Like Sifters.

Is it a brush? Or do I need to hand make it?

It's a brush. Cant remember which one though.

You can just make a pattern like that, but i forgot how to make it.

I think its in the default Faux Finish brush set that Photoshop cs2 comes with. You can also just make your own. -_-
