Do I need a credit card to recieve payments to my paypal account?

I need to know if you can recieve money without entering credit card info in your account or giving bank info.

If you dont have a credit card, you cant receive payments from someone else. It costs you like 2 dollars to get a premium than you can accept payments from someone else

To receive payments you don't need a credit card, or a bank account. You can not use merchant tools unless you upgrade to a premium account at which point the just up the fee per transfer percentage.
