Uh, I had a go at it once, and hum... It can take anywhere from 2 minutes to 2 months to make one because you need to make one and keeep trying it...

Wow, what about Song filters, what exactly do they do? and what is the labor time for making it.

A filter isnt about time, its if you can think of what to make. You have to know what you are doing though, its all about editing the packets coke recieves to other things
