Ok correct me if I am wrong...Do you get American Idol Rooms from having the highest number of votes for a week? I really want one...

Highest number of votes in a week in Casting Call Rooms, but they dont give them out anymore. You'll have to wait until next year.

No. It is the highest amount of votes for a week but you have to play in the casting call rooms.
