Yeah, well, I had this program that you'd make like. Er. What's that word. Mini clips? Um. Sort of like..Flashies? I'm trying to remember what the name of it's called. And I can't think of it. But I'll show a sample of what it does. Makes.

It's called a gif animator, I used to use this before I got ImageReady by Adobe, there should be a few good downloads on that search of google, if not try to change your search words around a little.
