ok, your not gonna be able to just make a filter right after dling this... play around with filters other people have made first. that's the best way to get an understanding of wpe pro.
either find a filter online that fits your needs or who knows... maybe you will be able to make your own original one...
but there is one thing i know for sure, i'm not gonna help you anymore til you start using periods hhhahaa.
