Let's try this.
Whats your e-mail that you registered with your paypal account? I'll try to request money from you and see if you can confirm it.
If that doesn't work, WITHDRAW all of the money in your current account and put it all back into the bank account that you got it from. Then create a new account and add that money back into the new account.
