theres a program? I just use a common button on your keyboard.
The right of 'f12' there should be a button that says 'prt scr' ans some letterings under it. [Its above insert]
When you press it it takes a picture of your entire Screen, hence they call it screenies. To paste the picture, just press paste and your "screenie" is where you pasted it.
