For one thing, please don't double post.
Step One: Go to a hosting site. Ex:
www.imageshack.com
Step Two: After hosting the picture - which is very simple to do - copy the link.
Step Three: When posting click the image that looks like this:
Step Four: Paste the link into the box.
Step Three..err Five: Press ok.
