The term Coke™ is trademarked. Also trademarked is Coke Studios™; coincidentally, V-Ego™ is
also trademarked. Using these names or items in a fashion that is not per the owners request can result in a lawsuit; i.e. registering a domain with one of those terms.
Upon discovery of said infringement, Coca-Cola™ can choose one of two options. Provide proper licenses to allow the user continued use of said trademark, or sue the shit out of 'em. In this case, they chose the latter.
