I think it's a subtle movie quote. The Leaning Tower of Cheesa was a line in
A Goofy Movie (1995) where one of the characters makes a tower of cheese with Cheese Wiz and shoves the whole thing in his mouth.
God I loved that movie. I can't believe it was really over ten years ago. =/ Time flies.
