1. No one knows he got sued
2. The site got suspened. I bet Coke sent a DMCA notice to the host to suspend his hosting.
3. No one has heard from Tom on what he has to say.
Edit: By the way, you can't use the programs now that his account got suspended. That's where it was hosted.
