I Live In MN & Pretty much the only FIreworks that aren't Illegal are little Fountains Or Sparklers LOL So We have to drive to Wisconsin Or The Dakotas To Get Good Fireworks :violent1: A Kid I Know Put A Bottle rocket In His Ass..Lit it..and Aparently it was stuck too far in To Shootout..So It Blewup..And he was on the ground for about an hour.
