Q How can i check if i have a dynamic IP Adress...

I'm not quite sure how you can check.

But if you're running through a cable modem, DSL, etc. where the connection is constant, chances are you have a static IP address. If you're connecting to the internet through dial-up or your computer isn't constantly connected to the internet, chances are you have a dynamic IP address.

That's correct, if you have a dial-up connection, your IP address changes everytime you disconnect and reconnect to the internet. It doesn't change though if you have a constant connection like DSL, but I saw some programs before that change for you.

A You probably have a static one. Not many people of dynamic ones.
