it just says it is a trojan because it is considered a hacking tool... You must turn off ur firewall first b4 u can DL it and use it properly

becuase the program injects a wpespy.dll into a program to spy on packets. Your virus scanner thinks that if it can spy on a programs packets it can potentionaly spy on you ( or svchost which can record everything that is incoming and outgoing on the internet ) so it trys to delete it

Well just because you have a server sent on it doesn't mean it could come throught your server and spy on you...Is that what your trying to say?

when i extract wpe it says its a virus and it deletes it right away.

well what about filters? i dont under stand how to make, i reocred my self puting down a cd on 1 packet and then other i recorded myself placing down a oft.... now its all in numbers, i go to save but dont save in flt. help?
