ok if you have microsoft photo editer, use that to make it bigger or whatever. then save it to an appropriate file size thats allowed on these forums. upload it then, see if it worked. you could also upload the bigger version at imageshack.com or a good image hoster.

When you upload it there is a little thing that you can check that says whether or not you want it to be resized. Make sure it says no.
