You're taking a simple thing and making a complicated issue out of it.

I never specifically stated that Hail is an admin because of the stuff he did. In my opinion he's done things that would improve his chances of becoming an admin or staff of some other site.

I would rather have a friend help run my site than some stranger who I don't even know who has "worked hard for their position"

Riggs is right. Ask Chris or Anmar for they are the ones that run the site and decide who is an admin and who isn't.
