Things to look for when Voting... -

When you are voting on one of the designs in this forum these are the things you should look for...
1.)The background: Look at the depth and see if it goes well with the render.
2.)The Render: Decide if the render is blended properly and if it is well placed.
3.)The text: Text is the most crucial part of most graphics and normally the deciding factor. So its your job as a voter to decide if it goes well with the rest of the graphic, if it is well placed, if it is visible to your eye, and if it just plain looks good.
4.)The coloring: Finally you must decide if the coloring of the whole graphic is good or not. Normally you wont vote for a sig if it is monotone and the other is multi-colored but it all depends on if the rest of the graphic goes well with the particular color/s.
These are the 4 main things to look for in a common sig but sometimes if its a particular type of design (eg. animated) then that should be the main factor that you should look at when voting
