Here's a FAQ, read these before posting any topics for help..
Coke Studios Help

* CokeStudios Tip - If the Games are moving slowly, try running fewer programs on your computer. The games will run more efficiently when you have more memory available.

* CokeStudios - Some users were experiencing difficulties playing and saving mixes using the MyCoke Music Mixer. Clear your cookies and cache and you should be able to save your mix.

* CokeStudios - Some users were receiving an error message when attempting to log into MyCoke. This issue has been addressed but please send MyCoke an email if you are currently experiencing this problem.

* CokeStudios - Unable to connect to the server? If you've lost your connection to the server and are unable to re-enter the Studios, you'll need to try again on tomorrow or log in under a different account. (Your account appears active on the server and can only be released overnight.)

* CokeStudios - Some users have reported difficulties hearing sound in the Studios. Try opening a new session of Coke Studios. If you continue to experience this issue you will need to reinstall Shockwave.

Q. How can I get a platinum or gold record?
A. You have to get the most votes overall in one month for a platinum record, and the most votes overall in one week for a gold record.

Programs Help

Q. I'm getting an error saying a file is missing or incorrectly registered, what is wrong?
A. You need to download the file. Search for it on www.google.com and download it. Move the file into the same folder as the program.

Q. My Anti-Virus says WPE-PRO is a trojan!
A. It isn't a trojan, it's detected as a hack tool. You should disable your anti-virus program if it deletes it.
