Which type file supports transparency for designs on PS?
Is it .jpg?

.png supports the best transperancy but it doesn't work in IE. In IE the image is shown on a light grey background but in Firefox it blends in with the background.

.gif works in all browsers but has a 256 color limit.

GIF never uses transparency for me, but I'll start using png.
