Firt open runescape then scan screen, you have to select the correct screen and try not to select all of the pagre just the runescape screen so I think you will have to minimize it so the runescape screens appears only.

I already explained to you all I know, even babies can do it. I cant do a tutorial more easier than that. Sorry.
