If you dont have a credit card, you cant receive payments from someone else. It costs you like 2 dollars to get a premium than you can accept payments from someone else

Dude stop talkin shit. you have no idea what the hell you are talking about.

To receive payments you don't need a credit card, or a bank account. You can not use merchant tools unless you upgrade to a premium account at which point the just up the fee per transfer percentage.

Dude I called paypal the lady said i dont need credit card or anything to recieve payment i just need it to transfer the money.
