I keep seeing people saying "I want fake furni patched so bad", "when are they going to patch it" blah blah blah.

Fact of the matter is, I honestly dont think that this is going to be patched ever, maybe minorly fixed for a short time, but its only a matter of time before there is another one found.

The reason for this is that right now Cokestudios is running on an application that has been fully coded for them (they just add in graphics and what not). In this, every action that is done in the room is set as <RoomAction> in the packet. It is very simple to filter out this packet and remove part of the packet which will ignore part of the room action. However, changing this coding in which the game works would be very dificult and would require changing the program entirely. This is why fake furni has been around for so long and coke has seemed as if they have been doing nothing about it.. If you are expecting it to be patched then expect all filters to be patched because the only way around this I believe would be to encrypt all packets which is the simple sollution (although im not quite sure if that is possible to run cokestudios either).

Nope, you are 100% correct, but they might just upgrade to 3.0 and rewrite some of it to prevent the fake furni patch.

Who knows? Maybe if they upgrade to 3.0 it won't be a downgrade. It would be better than 2.0 because there would be no fake furni or filters and only people Legit.

If they patch it I'm sure it would be in a way to prevent more from being made.
