At the moment there is a error for people using ie trying to open topics to solve this.

Close and Open Up and Login Again,
Goto Tools Internet Option's then click clear history cache and cookies and last use a different browser.

Firefox or Flock Are the 2 best ive experienced.

It was an out-of-date part of the template that I forgot to update. I'm not exactly sure what was causing it though.
