when it's done downloading, make a folder in my documents or sumthin called "gta 3".

then on winrar just hit "extract to", target the folder, and let it do it's thing.

to finish installation run "setup", it should be in the folder.

then wallah... your ready to play. and it really does work perfectly... everything except the radio, but that's not a big deal.
