I'd say 8.7/10 I'm not a photoshop pro but I think that looks pretty awesome the only thing is the left side. What else would be pretty great if like you burred the copy of the original to a heartbeat looking thing like in those shows. You know where a heart beats and the character or w/e fades bigger in a flash.
