No, they sued him for something called Copyright Infringement. Time for a lesson on copyright infringement from Uncle Dan.
Copyright Infringement involves engaging in one of the practices that are exclusively reserved for a copyright owner or a violation of the rights secured by a copyright, without a license to do so.
The term Coke™ is trademarked. Also trademarked is Coke Studios™; coincidentally, V-Ego™ is also trademarked. Using these names or items in a fashion that is not per the owners request can result in a lawsuit; i.e. registering a domain with one of those terms.
Upon discovery of said infringement, Coca-Cola™ can choose one of two options. Provide proper licenses to allow the user continued use of said trademark, or sue the shit out of 'em. In this case, they chose the latter.
And whats wrong with being a nerd? I'd rather be clever than a total dumbfuck. And it was neccessary because it explained in a simple way for people who didn't understand.
You have to be smart to be a nerd :x
Edit: I'm going to end it here because I really couldn't careless anymore and we're going of topic and I don't want to be banned.
