Well, first it depends if your a cock or not. It requires hands, brains and computers skills. :eusa_whistle: jk

Uh, I had a go at it once, and hum... It can take anywhere from 2 minutes to 2 months to make one because you need to make one and keeep trying it...

A filter isnt about time, its if you can think of what to make. You have to know what you are doing though, its all about editing the packets coke recieves to other things
